What does a down website cost you?
A dead site does not bill you. It just quietly sends visitors to the next result. Put in your traffic, how many visitors become leads, what a lead is worth, and how often the site is down. The plan on the other side starts at $99 a month, with monitoring around the clock.

How the numbers are built
- Visitors lost = hours down × (visitors a day ÷ 24). Outages are spread evenly; a drop at your busiest hour costs more, one at 3am less.
- Leads lost = visitors lost × your conversion rate. Yearly cost = leads lost × the value of one lead.
- Essentials is $99 a month ($1,188 a year): hosting, updates, daily backups, uptime and security monitoring, and 30 minutes of small changes.
- Not counted: refunds, repeat visitors who give up on the business, or search rankings lost to repeated downtime. The real number is usually higher, not lower.

Questions
How do I know how many hours my site was down?
Most owners only know the outages a customer reported. If you have no monitoring, that reported number is a floor, not a total. Every plan includes uptime monitoring, so after a month you have a real number.
Isn't some downtime normal?
Minutes a year, yes. Hours a year, repeatedly, is a hosting or site problem with a cause: limits, conflicts, attacks or a lapsed certificate. Each one has a fix once it is identified.
What does $99 a month actually change?
The site is hosted and watched around the clock, updates and backups are done for you, and fixes on our watch are included. You find out about a problem from us, not from a lost customer.
What if my downtime costs less than the plan?
Then keep your money. The calculator says so on the page when the math lands there. Care pays when an outage costs more than the monitoring, or when you simply never want to think about the site again.
