Workflow Automation · one job, off your plate

The work you repeat every week,
doing itself.

Chasing invoices. Copying leads into the CRM. Building the Friday report. Sending the same reminder texts. Pick the job that eats your week, and I'll make it run by itself in the tools you already pay for.

$3,500 once for one workflow. Live in 7–10 days after I have access. Runs in your accounts, with no monthly fee to me. Built by Michael Heredia, automation engineer.

Weekly report is ready: $18,420 in revenue, 23 jobs finished, 4 open quotes, 3 invoices past 14 days.
I sent polite reminders on the 3 late invoices. One (Alvarez, $1,150) is past 30 days, so I left that one for you.
Thanks. I'll call Alvarez Monday.

An example. The numbers are made up; the workflow is the kind I build.
In plain English

One job. Done on time, every time, without anyone remembering.

Today

Someone on your team copies, pastes, checks and reminds by hand. It takes hours, and it slips the week they're busy or out sick.

After

The job runs on its own schedule, in your tools, the same way every time. You hear about it only when something needs a person.

Written down

You get a one-page runbook: what runs, when, and how to change it. No black box, and nothing only I understand.

Jobs I can take off your plate

If someone does it by hand every week, it can probably run by itself.

Pick one to start. Most owners have a second one in mind by the time the first is running.

Money

  • “Chase unpaid invoices on day 7, 14 and 21”
  • “Send a receipt and payment link after every job”
  • “Match payments to invoices in QuickBooks”

Leads and customers

  • “Put every web form, email and missed call into the CRM”
  • “Text new leads back within a minute”
  • “Ask happy customers for a review after the job”

Scheduling

  • “Send a reminder the day before every appointment”
  • “Fill cancellations from a waitlist”
  • “Rebook customers who are due for service”

Reports and admin

  • “Build the Friday numbers report automatically”
  • “Collect timesheets for payroll”
  • “File documents and receipts in the right folder”
Premium automations, with AI inside AI inside

The jobs that used to need a person to read them.

Some work needs judgment, not just copying. These use AI to read, sort and write for you, and still check with you before anything important goes out.

“Read every emailed invoice and receipt, and enter it in your books.”

A job with AI inside is still one workflow at $3,500. If it's really two jobs, I'll say so before you pay.

Why owners want this

Your team's hours go back to the work that makes money.

Hours back every week

The time that went into copying, chasing and checking goes back to you and your team.

Nothing slips

Reminders and follow-ups go out on time, even the week everyone is slammed.

Money comes in faster

Invoices get chased on schedule instead of whenever someone remembers.

No new software to learn

It runs inside the tools you already pay for.

A fixed price

$3,500 for one workflow. You know the price before I start.

You own it

In your accounts, with a written runbook. No monthly fee to me.

How it works

Name the job. Then it gets boring, in a good way.

01

A 20-minute call

Tell me the job that eats your week. If it's really three jobs, we pick the one that pays the most.

02

Access

Logins or invites to the tools the job already uses. That's when the clock starts.

03

Build and watch

I build it and run it next to you for a few real cycles, fixing whatever real life throws at it.

04

Runbook and hand-off

Live in 7–10 days after access, with your one-page runbook. A second workflow is a new quote whenever you're ready.

Pricing

One job, one price, paid once.

FAQ

Before you name the job.

Why a flat $3,500 if every business is different?
Because the scope is one named job, not the whole company. That's what makes a flat price honest. If the job is really three systems and a rewrite, I'll say so and quote it before you pay.
How is this different from Zapier?
Zapier is a toolbox you keep paying for. I'm the person who picks the job, builds it so it holds up, and writes it down. I can still use Zapier, Make or your tools' own connections underneath. You're buying the finished job.
How long does it take?
Most workflows are live 7–10 days after access works. A messy two-system report can take longer, and I'll tell you that before you pay.
Do I have to keep paying you?
No. The $3,500 is once. If you want me to watch it or build another, that's a separate conversation, and only if you ask.
Can it use AI?
Yes, when the job needs it: reading invoices, sorting email, drafting follow-ups. Anything important waits for your approval before it goes out.
What if it breaks?
The runbook says what to check. If it breaks because of something I built in the first 30 days, I fix it at no charge.

What's the one job you'd love to never do again?

Book 20 minutes and tell me. I'll say if it's a fit, how long it takes and what it costs, before you pay anything.
