- Any AI app that supports connectors through MCP, the open standard for plugging business tools into AI. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot and Grok all support it in some form, and more are adding it. What's available differs by app and plan, so on the call I'll tell you exactly which ones fit your customers.
- Do my customers have to install anything?
- No new app. In most AI apps, a customer adds your business as a connector once, from a link or the app's directory, and then just asks. Your team does the same on their side.
- What does “MCP” mean, in normal words?
- It's the plug between an AI app and your tools. ChatGPT can recommend a plumber. The MCP is what lets that plumber's shop actually take the booking, the payment or the message, with rules for what a stranger is allowed to do.
- Is this a chatbot on my website?
- No. A website chatbot waits for people to find your site. This works inside the AI apps people already use, and it can do real things in your tools.
- Will it mess up my calendar or CRM?
- Look Up can't change a record. Desk and Floor can only write the fields we list, and anything that moves money waits for your yes. Writes turn on after you've watched a week of drafts. If it writes something wrong in the first 45 days, I fix it.
- Do I need to be technical?
- No. You already know the job: “book Tuesday at 10,” “send the invoice,” “tell them we open at 8.” I do the wiring and write the rules down. You and your customers just ask.
