Dental practices · hosting and care

Website hosting for dental practices, separate from the patient record.

The practice website and the dental software are different systems. Hosting care from $99 a month keeps the marketing site updated and editable. It does not host charts, images, or the EHR.

New patients decide on the phone and on the site: hours, insurance, a map, and a way to ask for an appointment. Those pages rot when the only person who can edit them is a vendor who bills by the hour.

From $99/mo. Essentials is $99, Business $249, Priority $499. Cancel any time. Extra time is $125/hour.

What practices run into

Insurance and hours drift

You dropped a plan or changed Friday hours. Google and the website still say the old thing, and the front desk spends the call correcting it.

The vendor update fear

The site was built in a page builder. Everyone is afraid the next plugin update will take the request-appointment button with it.

Photos from 2019

The team page and the office tour are out of date. Replacing a photo should not be a project.

What you get

  1. Part 1

    Care for the marketing site

Updates, backups, HTTPS, monitoring, and 30 minutes of edits on Essentials. Staging tests come with Business.

  2. Part 2

Edits the front desk actually asks for

Hours, a new provider, an insurance list, a holiday closure. Email them. They count against the included minutes.

  3. Part 3

A clear line around patient data

Appointment requests on a public form are marketing. Charts, x-rays, and the EHR stay in the system you already use for that.

Who this fits

Offices with a public site that sends people to call, to an online scheduler, or to a short new-patient form. One or a few locations.

Questions

Is $99 hosting HIPAA hosting?

No. Essentials cares for the public website. Protected health information belongs in your dental software, not in a WordPress page.

Can you update the new-patient page when we add a doctor?

Yes. A bio and a photo fit the monthly minutes. A full rebrand does not.

What if the online scheduler is a separate product?

Keep it. The site's job is to send people there without a broken button. I am not replacing the scheduler.
