Law firms · hosting and care

Website hosting for law firms that someone actually watches.

Small firms do not need a private cloud. They need the marketing site up, updated, and editable when a practice area or a phone number changes. That is managed hosting from $99 a month, not a case-management system.

The site that ranks for your city and practice area is usually a WordPress or a static site a designer left behind. The failure mode is boring: an update breaks the contact form the week a referral sends someone there.

From $99/mo. Essentials is $99, Business $249, Priority $499. Cancel any time. Extra time is $125/hour.

What firms tell me

The designer disappeared

You have a login you are afraid to use. Plugin warnings pile up. Nobody knows if last month's backup would restore.

Intake pages go stale

A practice area closed, a new associate joined, or the consultation link points at a dead calendar. The change waits because there is no one to send it to.

Downtime is a trust problem

A firm site that is down, or that warns about an expired certificate, looks careless to someone choosing counsel.

What the plan covers

  1. Part 1

    The public site

Hosting, HTTPS, updates, daily backups, and uptime monitoring. Business ($249) tests updates on a staging copy before they go live.

  2. Part 2

    Small edits by email

Essentials includes 30 minutes a month: hours, a bio, a practice blurb. That is the work firms actually send.

  3. Part 3

A person, not a ticket queue

Change requests go to one inbox. I do not resell a host dashboard and call it care.

Who this fits

Solo and small firms whose site is a brochure plus a consultation form. If the site is also the client portal, say so. Portal uptime and the marketing site are different jobs.

Questions

Do law firms need special hosting?

They need a site that stays up and a person who will change it. Special usually means expensive shared hosting with a legal theme. The work is updates, backups, and edits. Essentials is $99 a month.

Can you host the client portal too?

If clients log in and see other people's matters, that is an application, and it needs a security review before anyone talks about hosting it. This plan is the public website.

How fast is a small edit?

Hours, a bio, or a practice sentence fits in the included minutes and goes out by email. A new section or a new design is outside the plan and gets a price first.
