One Lane · operations automation

One tedious job.
Taken off your week.

Most shops do not need a platform. They need the Friday report, the 14-day invoice chase, or the form-to-CRM copy to stop living in someone’s head. I pick one named lane, automate it in your tools, write down how it runs, and stay close if you want a second lane later.

$3,500 once for one workflow. Extra lanes are a separate quote. The clock starts when I have working access to the two or three systems the job already uses. Optional care after, if you want me on the line.

Night back office with a checked weekly list, invoices in a tray, a calm laptop dashboard, brass lamp
What you get Name the job → wire it → written runbook → we stay in touch
The offer

One Lane. Flat fee. Yours.

$3,500
Once · one named workflow
  • One repetitive job your staff already does by hand — not a vague “AI transformation”
  • Wired into the tools you already pay for (QuickBooks, Jobber, Google, HubSpot, email, sheets)
  • A short written runbook so the lane still makes sense if I get hit by a bus
  • Runs in your accounts. No required monthly to me
  • Second and third lanes quoted after this one is boring in a good way
Lanes that usually pay

If someone copies the same thing every week, that is the product.

Invoice follow-up

Day 14, day 21, a polite note, a flag for you when it is past politeness. No more “I thought you sent that.”

Weekly report

Pull two systems into one sheet or email every Friday so you stop rebuilding the same numbers.

Lead, then record

A form or inbox becomes a CRM row, an owner text, and a clean next step. No double typing.

Renewal or reorder chase

Insurance, parts, retainers, refill lists — the list you already keep, with the nag taken off your plate.

How it runs

We name it. Then we make it boring.

01

Pick the lane

You tell me the job that wastes the same hour every week. If it is actually three jobs, we pick one.

02

Access that works

Logins or invites to the systems the job already uses. I do not start on a screenshot.

03

Build and watch

I wire the lane, run it beside you for a few real cycles, and fix what reality does to the diagram.

04

Runbook, then stay

You get a one-page how-it-works. If you want another lane or a light monthly watch, we talk. No retainer unless you ask.

Name the lane — $3,500
Not the other offer

This is not ChatGPT booking. That is MCP.

Business MCP is for customers who already ask ChatGPT who to hire. One Lane is for the work your staff repeats after the customer exists — money, lists, reports, handoffs. Same operator. Different job. Do not buy this if you actually need the phone answered or a customer booking from ChatGPT.

FAQ

Before you name the job.

Why a flat $3,500 if every business is different?
The scope is one named workflow, not the whole company. That is what makes a flat fee honest. If the job is actually three systems and a rewrite, I will say so and quote the extra — I will not pretend it is still One Lane.
How is this different from Zapier?
Zapier is a toolbox you keep paying. I am the person who picks the one lane, wires it so an owner can live with it, and writes it down. You can still use Zapier, Make, or native APIs underneath. You are buying the finished job.
How long does it take?
Most lanes are live in 7–10 days after access works. A messy two-system report can take longer. I will say that before you pay.
Do I have to keep paying you?
No. The $3,500 is once. If you want me to watch the lane or add another, that is a separate conversation. I would rather have ten quiet years with you than a surprise subscription.
If the leak is elsewhere

Customers booking from ChatGPT, or a soft app, is a different page.

If strangers already ask ChatGPT who to hire, start with MCP. If the live app needs a written security look, start with the review. This page is for the work you already do by hand.
