What will your website actually take?

Website prices swing wildly because nobody says what's included. Pick what your site has to do and see the size of the project, exactly what drives the cost, the pages you need and what to prepare. Then get a fixed quote built on that plan, not a guess.

A fixed quote, built on this plan

I design, write and build websites for service businesses, in English and Spanish, fast on phones and built around one clear next step. You get a fixed price before any work starts, so the number doesn't move.

Already have a site? Grade it first

See whether your current website is fast, clear on phones and turning visitors into calls. Sometimes a few fixes beat a rebuild.

        Questions

How much does a small business website cost?

It depends on four things more than anything else: how many pages, whether it takes bookings or payments, whether it's in more than one language, and who writes the words. That's why this planner sizes the project first. I give every site a fixed quote, so the price is agreed before work starts.

Why don't you show a price here?

Because a number without your plan behind it is a guess, and guesses are how website projects go over budget. Send the plan and you get a fixed price back, usually within one business day.

        Do I own the website?

Yes. The site, the domain and the content are yours. No lock-in to a page builder you can't leave.

Can you build it in English and Spanish?

Yes. I build bilingual sites with every page in both languages, set up so Google shows the right one to each visitor.

        Is my plan stored?

No. The planner runs in your browser. Only if you send the form do I get your email and the plan.
