HubSpot will call a quote Draft, Published, or Accepted. None of those labels is the sentence you actually ask: which quotes are still open, on which deal, and for how much.
Short answer: HubSpot open quotes from Claude means you ask which quotes are still published and unsigned, which deal they sit on, and the amount, with HubSpot as the record. AI Front Door Look Up is $3,500 once. You own the connection. I do not add a subscription. HubSpot’s connectors already read quotes in Claude and ChatGPT. If that is enough, do not pay me. The same setup I build works in Claude, Grok, and other AI apps that support MCP connectors.
MCP is the open standard those apps use to connect to a business’s tools. One connection to HubSpot. Not a second pipeline, and not a quote I send for you.
What are HubSpot open quotes from Claude?
HubSpot open quotes from Claude are published quotes that are not accepted, expired, void, or archived, read with the deal name and the amount. HubSpot has no status called Open. Look Up is that filter from the AI app you already use. HubSpot stays the record.
HubSpot’s quote article, updated September 24, 2026, lists Draft, Pending approval, Changes requested, Publishing, Published, Accepted, Expired, Void, and Archived (HubSpot). Published means awaiting signature and payment. Signing status is separate: Not applicable, Pending signature, or Signed. The published or accepted quote marked primary is the one that updates the deal amount. One deal, one primary quote.
The quotes tool is Revenue Hub Professional or Enterprise, and a Revenue Hub seat is required to create and edit quotes. On HubSpot’s pricing page, Professional is $85 per seat per month on an annual commit, or $95 month to month (HubSpot). That seat creates the quote. It is not my fee to read it.
HubSpot’s Claude connector feature table includes reading quotes. Quotes as revenue objects are listed only on Pro and Enterprise, and they require Revenue Hub Professional or Enterprise (HubSpot). The ChatGPT connector, updated October 19, 2026, can read quotes and cannot create, update, or delete them (HubSpot). HubSpot’s own connectors are Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Gemini (HubSpot). Grok is not on that list.
A pasted export is not this. That fork is MCP vs chat bots.
Questions this should answer:
- “Which HubSpot quotes are still published and unsigned?”
- “Which open quote is the largest, and which deal is it on?”
- “Which published quotes expire this week?”
- “Is that quote Draft, Published, or already Accepted?”
- “Is the signing status pending signature, signed, or not applicable?”
How much do HubSpot open quotes from Claude cost?
Look Up is $3,500 once for one HubSpot account, read-only. Desk is $7,500 once if a buyer should see only their own quote. Floor is $14,000 once when staff share the doorway. Thirty-six months later my bill is still that number. Your HubSpot subscription stays yours.
| HubSpot’s Claude or ChatGPT connector | Status filter, by hand | AI Front Door Look Up | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who asks | You, inside that app | You, in Commerce, then Quotes | You or named staff, from Claude, Grok, or ChatGPT |
| What they see | Quotes the connector is allowed to read | Every status you click | Published, not accepted: deal, amount, expiration |
| Sends or publishes | Claude can do more than read. ChatGPT’s quote row is read-only | You | No |
| Price to me | $0 | $0 | $3,500 once |
| 36 months to me | $0 | $0 | $3,500 |
One seat at $85 a month is $2,040 over 24 months and $3,060 over 36. At $95 month to month, 36 months is $3,420. You pay HubSpot that to have the quotes tool. Look Up does not replace the seat.
A deal that has gone quiet is a different list: HubSpot stale deals from Grok. Copying a closed-won deal into QuickBooks is Workflow Automation at $3,500 once, live in 7 to 10 days, and it is not this question.
What does asking for open quotes look like?
The trigger is an owner or a named staffer asking which quotes are still out. The action is a read of Published quotes, with deal name, amount, expiration, and signing status. HubSpot is the record. Publishing, emailing, voiding, or changing a price waits for a person.
- Trigger. “Which quotes are still open, on which deal, and for how much?” The same sentence works from Claude, Grok, or ChatGPT.
- Action. Read quotes on the portal you named. Keep Published. Drop Accepted, Expired, Void, and Archived. Return deal, amount, expiration, and signing status.
- System of record. HubSpot. Not the chat, and not a Monday export.
- Human escalation. A draft that should go out. A discount. A void. A buyer who says they signed while HubSpot still says Published. If the totals disagree, I fix the filter.
A closed-won deal that still gets retyped into QuickBooks is a separate job: HubSpot deal to QuickBooks invoice. Look Up does not publish or email the quote.
What should the first lane include?
Start read-only, and only Published quotes on one HubSpot account. Do not turn on anything that publishes, emails, voids, or edits a price. If HubSpot’s Claude or ChatGPT connector already returns the same deals and amounts, stop there and do not pay for a second copy.
Checklist before I take the build:
- A Super Admin connects the account. No password in a chat. The connector only sees what that user’s HubSpot permissions already allow.
- “Open” is written down: Published, not Accepted, with deal, amount, expiration, and signing status. One morning, the list matches the Status filter.
- Staff who may ask are named. Publish, send, void, and price changes stay off.
First lane: “Which published quotes are still unsigned, which deal, and how much?” You click. After ten mornings where the list matches the table, I stop. A second HubSpot account is a second $3,500.
When this isn’t the right move yet
Skip it if HubSpot’s connector already answers the question in the app you use, if you are the only person asking, or if the leak is sending the quote, the invoice, or the phone. A second login on a filter you do not trust copies the wrong total.
Wait if:
- You live in Claude or ChatGPT, and the official connector already lists published quotes with the deal and the amount. That install is $0 to me.
- You have not said which statuses count. “Open” without Published-versus-Accepted mixes drafts and signed quotes.
- The real job is emailing the quote, or retyping a closed-won deal into QuickBooks. Look Up does not send, and the QuickBooks copy is Workflow Automation.
- A stranger should book or pay from the thread. That is Desk at $7,500 once, after the read matches. A missed call is the receptionist at $8,000 once. A security review of the app is $2,400, and $1,200 starts it.
What is not included in the $3,500?
The $3,500 does not include publishing, emailing, a QuickBooks invoice, the phone line, or a security review. Look Up is one HubSpot account, read-only. I do not add a monthly fee on top. Your Revenue Hub seat stays yours.
Name the account, who may ask, and which writes stay off. Send the short audit. It is a short form. I reply with the replacement map within 24 hours. Look Up is $3,500 once if the published-quote list is the whole job. If you would rather talk through the workflow and whether it fits, book a 20-minute call.
