What the plan covers
Updates and backups
Core, plugin and theme updates applied for you, with daily backups stored separately from the site. Restoring one is included.
Monitoring and fixes
Uptime and security monitoring around the clock. Fixing something that broke on our watch is included in every plan.
Changes by email
Send a link or screenshot to michael@michaelheredia.com. 30 minutes a month on Essentials, 1 hour on Business, 3 hours on Priority; then $125/hr with a check-in first.
Hosting included, or not
Most clients host with us at no extra line item. Prefer your current host? We run the same care plan there, same price.
Which plan fits
Essentials ($99/mo) fits a site that changes a few times a year. Business ($249/mo) adds staging-tested updates and malware cleanup. Priority ($499/mo) adds 3 hours of changes and 24/7 response if the site goes down.
For a site that needs to stay up, safe and current.

Questions
- What is a website care plan?
- A monthly plan that covers the recurring work of owning a website: hosting, updates, backups, security, monitoring and small content changes. It replaces the mix of a host bill, your own hours and emergency freelancer invoices.
- What is not included?
- New pages, redesigns and custom features are quoted as fixed-price work before they start. Plan time is for small changes: text, photos, hours, prices, a new post or section.
- Do unused minutes roll over?
- No. Each month's change time is that month's. The plans are priced on that basis, which is why Essentials starts at $99.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time. Before your last paid month ends you get a full copy of the site and help pointing your domain to a new host.
