Monitoring and fixes

Uptime monitoring around the clock. Fixing something that broke on our watch, or restoring a backup, is included in every plan.

Changes by email

30 minutes a month on Essentials, 1 hour on Business, 3 hours on Priority. After that it's $125/hr, and we ask before going over. Unused time doesn't roll over.

Which plan fits

Essentials ($99/mo) fits a site that rarely changes. Business ($249/mo) fits a site that brings in work: updates are tested on a staging copy first and malware cleanup is included. Priority ($499/mo) adds 3 hours of changes and 24/7 response if the site goes down. Paying yearly costs 10 months instead of 12.
