Website malware removal cost is the bill that shows up after the warning, not before it. The cleanup has a rate. The month after the files are clean is a different bill, and that one decides whether you pay the rate again.

Short answer: Website malware removal cost on my plans is $125 an hour on Essentials, and included on Business and Priority. Managed Website Hosting & Care also keeps hosting, SSL, separate daily backups, updates, monitoring, and security hardening, from $99 a month. You can cancel any time.

What is the website malware removal cost?

Website malware removal cost is $125 an hour on Essentials ($99 a month). On Business ($249 a month) and Priority ($499 a month), cleanup is included. I tell you before hourly work goes over. A fix or a backup restore on my watch is included on every plan.

Say you run a small shop and the browser puts a warning in front of the hours. You are choosing between the hours to clean this infection and the month that stays after the files are clean.

On Essentials, malware cleanup is $125 an hour, on top of the $99 month. On Business and Priority, cleanup is included. You pick a plan and check out. An email arrives within 1 business day to start onboarding.

Small changes are not the cleanup. Text, photos, hours, a new post, or a section use the monthly time first, then $125 an hour. I tell you before going over. Unused time does not roll over. Essentials includes 30 minutes of changes a month and a reply within 2 business days. Business includes 1 hour. Priority includes 3 hours.

The signs of a hack are on hacked website repair. A redesign, a new feature, an online store, or an integration is a fixed price before any work starts.

What can I check before the cleanup hours start?

Write down the warning, the page you did not write, or the address you landed on, and email the link or screenshot. Do not delete files to shrink the bill. A wrong delete can throw away the copy a restore would use.

Open the site the way a customer would, on a phone and on a computer. Note a full-page warning, a redirect, or a page you never published.

If the site is WordPress, leave the plugins alone while you are still guessing. Do not install a cleanup tool you have not used, and do not change where the domain points. Squarespace, Wix, and Shopify keep their own editors. Leave the email records alone until a move is planned.

The free security headers check gives a grade you can read before you pay anyone. Write the grade down. It is not a cleanup, and it does not name a price.

Send the link or the screenshot to michael@michaelheredia.com. You do not get a server login or a control panel to manage. You keep full ownership of the domain and the content, and you can ask for a complete copy of the site any time.

What stays on the bill after the files are clean?

After the cleanup, every plan still includes hosting and SSL, daily backups stored separately from the site, core, plugin, and theme updates, uptime monitoring around the clock, and security hardening. You can keep your current host at the same price. Priority’s dedicated server applies only when I host.

Security hardening means locked-down logins, firewall rules, and safe defaults. Daily backups are stored separately from the site, including when your host keeps billing you for hosting. Same plans, same price, if you stay where you are.

Moving one standard site in is included when you would rather switch. I copy it, test it, then switch the domain at a quiet time. A large online store or a custom app gets a fixed quote first.

On Business, updates are tested on a staging copy before they go live. Priority adds 3 hours of changes a month and 24/7 response if the site goes down. On Essentials and Business, an outage goes to the front of the line during business hours.

Fixing something that broke on my watch, or restoring a backup, is included in every plan. Cleanup is $125 an hour on Essentials and included on Business and Priority.

Which plan fits a site that needs cleanup now?

Essentials fits a simple site if you accept malware cleanup at $125 an hour. Business fits a site that should include the cleanup and test updates on a staging copy. Priority fits a site that also needs 24/7 response if it goes down.

PlanPriceWhat you get
Essentials$99 a monthHosting, SSL, daily backups stored separately, updates, monitoring around the clock, security hardening, 30 minutes of changes, a reply within 2 business days. Malware cleanup is $125 an hour. Fixes and backup restores are included.
Business (most popular)$249 a monthEverything in Essentials, 1 hour of changes, updates tested on a staging copy before they go live, malware cleanup included.
Priority$499 a monthEverything in Business, 3 hours of changes, a dedicated server when I host, 24/7 response if the site goes down. Malware cleanup included.

The prices and the minutes are on the plans. “Most popular” is the label on Business.

How does the next month change a repeat cleanup?

The next month is the same plan: updates, separate daily backups, monitoring, and security hardening. If something breaks on my watch, the fix or the restore is included. Malware cleanup stays $125 an hour on Essentials and stays included on Business and Priority.

If you cancel, the plan runs to the end of the paid month. Before it ends, you get a full copy of the site and help pointing the domain to a new host. You can ask for a complete copy any time before that.

When this isn’t the right fit

This is a monthly plan with a set cleanup rate, not a one-time invoice and not a redesign. If someone on your staff already applies updates, keeps backups, and cleans the site, you do not need a second person doing that same work.

If the pages themselves need to be rebuilt before they are worth cleaning and keeping, start with web development. A redesign, a new feature, an online store, or an integration is quoted as a fixed price before any work starts.

A single cleanup hour with no month after it is not how these plans are billed. Essentials is $99 a month, and cleanup on that plan is $125 an hour on top of the month. Business and Priority include the cleanup inside the month. You can cancel any time. The paid month still runs to its end, and you leave with a full copy of the site plus help pointing the domain.

See the three plans on the plans page, or send the warning and a screenshot through the hosting form. I reply by email.
