Jobber marks which invoices missed their due date. Aged Receivables sits under Insights, then Reports. The question is whether you still open that screen, or ask it from Grok.

Short answer: Jobber unpaid invoices from Grok means you ask which invoices are unpaid past 30 days and get that list back, with Jobber still the record. AI Front Door Look Up is $3,500 once. You own the connection. I do not add a subscription. The same setup works in Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI apps that support MCP connectors. If you already open Aged Receivables every morning and you are the only person asking, do not buy.

MCP is the open standard those apps use to connect to a business’s tools. One connection to Jobber. Not a second set of invoices.

What are Jobber unpaid invoices from Grok?

Jobber unpaid invoices from Grok are a read of invoices Jobber already marks Past Due, filtered to the ranges you wrote down as over 30 days. Jobber stays the record. The chat does not. Look Up is that question, scoped, from the AI app you already have open.

Jobber’s invoice list splits a sent invoice into Awaiting Payment, when the due date has not passed, and Past Due, when the due date has passed and it is not paid or marked paid (Jobber). Draft, Paid, and Bad Debt are different statuses. I will not treat “unpaid” as all three.

Aged Receivables groups late invoices by time range. The example Jobber names is “Overdue by less than 30 days” (Jobber). That click is the recent bucket. Past 30 is the other ranges on your overview. The help page does not publish the rest of the names, so “over 30” has to be written against your report before I wire the question.

A chat bot that pastes yesterday’s export is a different product. The fork is MCP vs chat bots.

Questions this should answer once it is live:

  • “Who owes me money over 30 days in Jobber?”
  • “Which invoices are Past Due, and which of those are only a few days late?”
  • “What is the total past 30, and which client is the largest?”
  • “Show open invoices for Mrs. Lopez only.”
  • “Did any of those take a payment today that the list might still show?”

How much do Jobber unpaid invoices from Grok cost?

Look Up is $3,500 once for one system, read-only. Desk is $7,500 once if a customer should see only their balance. Floor is $14,000 once when the crew shares it. Thirty-six months later my bill is still $3,500. Your Jobber subscription stays yours.

Jobber’s pricing page lists Core starting at $29 a month and Connect starting at $99 a month, annual options billed annually, in USD. Connect adds automated invoice follow-ups. Help says those are on Connect and up: two reminders for Past Due invoices, up to 90 days after the due date, shortly after 8 a.m. local (Jobber). At the $99 starting rate, 36 months of Connect is $3,564. That is Jobber’s bill. It buys reminders. It does not answer “who owes me” from Grok.

Desk is two systems, Jobber plus QuickBooks or the calendar. Look Up is the owner question only.

What does the unpaid Jobber question look like?

The trigger is an owner or a tech asking who is past 30. The action is a read of Past Due invoices in the ranges you marked over 30. Jobber is the record. A reminder, a bad-debt mark, or a card charge waits for a person.

  1. Trigger. “Who owes me money over 30 days?” The same sentence works from Claude or ChatGPT.
  2. Action. Read Past Due. Drop the less-than-30 range, plus any other short range you excluded. Return client, invoice, due date, range, and open amount. Week one, I put the draft next to the report.
  3. System of record. Jobber. Not the chat, and not a Monday sheet.
  4. Human escalation. Bad debt, a dispute, Collect Payment, or anything that sends or records money.

A reminder on a schedule you named, outside those two follow-ups, is Workflow Automation. That is $3,500 once for one chase, live in 7 to 10 days. I wrote that job in invoice follow-up automation. Holding a slot is book Jobber from ChatGPT, Desk, not this list. Missed calls are the receptionist at $8,000 once.

What would I turn on first?

Start read-only, and only the past-30 list. Do not turn on collect payment, bad debt, or send. If you already open Aged Receivables and the names match what you would have asked, stop there and do not pay for a second copy.

Checklist before I take the build:

  • An admin connects Jobber. I do not want a password pasted into a chat.
  • “Past 30” is written against the ranges on your Aged Receivables overview.
  • One morning, the filtered list matches the ranges you circled.
  • Staff who may ask are named. Sends, bad debt, and new invoices stay off.

First lane: “Who is past 30, what do they owe, and which invoice is the oldest?” After ten mornings where the list matches the report, I stop.

When this isn’t the right move yet

Skip it if you already read Aged Receivables yourself, if “past 30” is still a feeling, or if the leak is the reminder, the booking, or the phone. A second login on a messy invoice list copies the wrong total.

Wait if:

  • You are the only person asking, and the report takes a minute. Open it. $0.
  • Past Due and “over 30” are still the same sentence. Write the ranges down first.
  • Connect follow-ups are off, and the miss is the 8 a.m. reminder Jobber would already send.
  • The chase needs more than those two reminders. That is Workflow Automation, not this question.
  • A customer should book Thursday from the thread. That is Desk at $7,500.
  • After-hours rings are the leak, or you want bad debt and card charges with no click.
  • QuickBooks is the ledger you trust and Jobber is a copy. Ask the file you trust, or pay Desk for both.

What is not included in the $3,500?

The $3,500 does not include the reminder, a card charge, the phone line, a bookkeeper, or a security review. Look Up is one system, read-only. Jobber’s subscription stays on your bill.

Desk is $7,500 once when a customer may see only their own open invoices. Floor is $14,000 once when the crew shares the doorway and should not share your Jobber login. A web app security review is $2,400, and $1,200 starts it.

Name who may ask, and which writes stay off. Send the audit. It is a short form. I reply with the replacement map within 24 hours. Look Up is $3,500 once if the past-30 list is the whole job. If you would rather talk through the workflow and whether it fits, book a 20-minute call.

FAQ

How much are Jobber unpaid invoices from Grok? +

Look Up is $3,500 once for a read-only past-30 list from Jobber. You own it. I do not add a subscription. Desk is $7,500 once if a customer should see only their own balance. Floor is $14,000 once when staff share it. Sending the reminder is a separate $3,500 job.

Does Past Due in Jobber mean over 30 days? +

Jobber's help splits sent invoices into Awaiting Payment, still before the due date, and Past Due, after the due date and unpaid. Aged Receivables then groups Past Due by time range. Over 30 is the ranges past Jobber's less-than-30 example, not every open invoice.

Is the unpaid list the same as chasing the invoice? +

No. The list is a question against Jobber. Jobber's own follow-ups, on Connect and up, send up to two reminders. A chase outside that schedule is Workflow Automation at $3,500 once, live in 7 to 10 days. Look Up does not send the email or the text.

What is not included in the $3,500? +

Not the reminder, not a card charge, not the phone, and not a security review. Jobber stays your subscription. Bad debt, write-offs, and new invoices stay a human click. A second system, such as QuickBooks plus Jobber, is Desk at $7,500, not Look Up.
