Lead sheet to CRM: stop retyping the ad row by hand
Lead sheet to CRM copies Facebook or Google ad rows from a sheet into HubSpot. One Lane is $3,500 one-time. You own the lane. No subscription to me.
The sheet already has the name. HubSpot does not. Someone still types the Facebook row before lunch.
Lead sheet to CRM is that retype, named as one job, from the ad sheet you already open into the CRM you already sell from. One Lane is $3,500 once. You own the lane. I do not bill a subscription.
Short answer: A lead sheet to CRM copy takes Facebook or Google ad rows that land on a Google Sheet and writes them into HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, or Jobber with the columns you named. One Lane is $3,500 once for that single copy. It is not a chat bot, and it does not call the lead.
What is a lead sheet to CRM copy?
A lead sheet to CRM copy is one repeating retype. A new row on the ad sheet triggers a fixed column list into the CRM. You still see the row when a required field is blank or the same lead id is already there. It does not qualify the lead, write the follow-up, or answer the phone.
The columns on a real map are short:
- Name, phone, email
- What they asked, in their words
- Which campaign or form the row came from
- The lead id, when the sheet has one, so a second delivery does not create a second contact
That list is the lane. If every row needs a paragraph of judgment, I will not automate it.
This is not the website-form paste. Typeform or a site form is form to CRM automation. Same price. Different source. I will not fold both into one fee.
What does a lead sheet to CRM copy cost?
One Lane is $3,500 once for the named sheet-to-CRM copy, and you own the runbook. Zapier Professional is a toolbox from $19.99 a month, billed annually, and it does not pick your columns. A HubSpot lead sync that already creates the contact is not a reason to pay me.
| Keep retyping | Zapier Professional | One Lane | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What you pay me | $0 | $0 | $3,500 once |
| Software rent | The sheet and CRM you already have | From $19.99/month billed annually, or $29.99 month-to-month, for 750 tasks | Your existing tools. If the lane uses Zapier, that bill stays yours |
| 24-month software | $0 extra | About $480 on the annual rate, or about $720 month-to-month | $3,500 to me, then $0 more to me |
| 36-month software | $0 extra | About $720 annual, or about $1,080 month-to-month | Still $3,500 to me |
| Who maps the columns | You, every morning | You, until the Zap is right | I do, against the list you signed |
| Duplicate lead id | You notice tomorrow | The Zap creates a second contact or skips | A flag to you. No silent write |
Zapier Free is 100 tasks a month. Professional at 750 tasks is $19.99 a month billed annually, or $29.99 month to month. Twenty-four months on the annual rate is $479.76. Thirty-six is $719.64. Month-to-month is $719.76 and $1,079.64. The rent is cheaper than $3,500. The buy is the map and the stop rule, in accounts you control. The same $3,500 is on the One Lane price. A second sheet is a second quote.
HubSpot can already do the Facebook half. A new lead can take up to two hours, and you must select the page. It does not connect just because the ad account is linked (HubSpot). If that contact is already right, do not hire me.
How does the ad row get into the CRM?
The path is a new sheet row, then one mapped write into the CRM you already work, then a ping only when the row fails the rule you signed. Nothing in the lane invents a pipeline stage, a follow-up email, or a price you did not name.
- Trigger. A new row on the Google Sheet that already holds the ad leads.
- Action. Match the columns. Create or update one contact. Write the source and the lead id. Do not email the lead.
- System of record. HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, or Jobber. The sheet is the source. The CRM is the record.
- Human escalation. No phone, a lead id already stored, or a blank required column. I stop the write and ping you. I do not guess.
Google says lead-form leads are stored for 60 days, and the same lead may arrive more than once. Dedupe on lead_id (Google Ads). That stop goes on the map before I touch the sheet. The first lane is one sheet and one CRM. A second sheet waits until the write has been boring for two weeks.
What is not included for $3,500?
The $3,500 covers one ad sheet, one CRM, the column map you signed, a duplicate stop, and a runbook in accounts you control. A second sheet, the phone, ChatGPT booking, and the sales reply stay outside that fee.
Not in the $3,500:
- A second sheet or a second CRM. That is another lane.
- The website form you also paste. That is a separate One Lane.
- ChatGPT, Claude, or Grok booking into Jobber. That is a Business MCP. Desk is $7,500 once. Look Up is $3,500 if they only need hours. This retype is not that doorway.
- The phone, the follow-up text, and the fit call. A person still does those.
- Your HubSpot, Jobber, Google, or Zapier bill. I do not resell those seats.
When this isn’t the right move yet
Wait if HubSpot or Google already writes a contact you trust, you cannot name the columns, or the leak you can count is the phone. Buying the lane before that only pastes the same mess on a faster clock.
Skip it when:
- Facebook lead sync already creates a clean HubSpot contact, with no sheet in the middle.
- Google already writes the CRM, and the duplicate lead id is handled.
- You want the ad sheet, the website form, and the invoice chase inside one fee. I quote the extras. I will not flatten three jobs into $3,500.
- The leak is the phone, or the customer bounced inside ChatGPT. A CRM row does not fix either.
- A Zap already writes a record you trust, and the only annoyance is the monthly bill. Keep the Zap.
What should be on paper before you pay?
Write one sheet, one CRM, the column list, and one stop rule on paper before you pay. A blank card means I will not take the $3,500, and I will not invent the map in the kickoff.
| Check | Ready | Not yet |
|---|---|---|
| Sheet | One Google Sheet you can name, with the ad rows | ”All the campaigns, plus the website” |
| CRM | HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, or Jobber, and you open it | A CRM nobody updates |
| Columns | Name, phone, email, request, source, lead id | ”Whatever the export sends” |
| Stop rule | Blank phone, or a lead id already stored | ”Use your judgment” |
| Scope | This copy only | Three sheets and a new pipeline |
If the card is full, send the audit form. It is a short form. I reply with the replacement map within 24 hours. I do not book a call. Name the sheet, the CRM, and the one row that should wake you up.
FAQ
How much does a lead sheet to CRM copy cost? +
One Lane is $3,500 once for one named sheet and one CRM, with the field map and the duplicate stop you signed. You own the runbook. I do not add a subscription. If the lane uses Zapier, Professional starts at $19.99 a month billed annually for 750 tasks, and that bill stays yours. A second sheet is a second quote.
Does HubSpot already sync Facebook lead ads? +
Yes, if you turned lead syncing on for that Facebook page. HubSpot says a page does not connect by itself, and a new lead can take up to two hours to appear. If the contact is already clean the next morning, do not pay me. Pay me when the row still sits on a sheet and a person retypes it.
What does the $3,500 not include? +
One sheet, one CRM, the fields you named, and a stop when the row will not match. It is not a website-form paste, an invoice chase, phone answering, or booking from ChatGPT. Your HubSpot, Jobber, Google, and Zapier bills stay yours. I do not write the sales reply or score the lead.
When should I not buy a lead sheet to CRM lane yet? +
Wait if HubSpot already creates the contact, Google already writes the CRM you trust, or you cannot name the columns. A faster paste will not pick up the phone, and it will not catch a customer who bounced inside ChatGPT. If you need three sheets in one fee, I quote the extras.
