Cool overcast light on a white millwork reception counter, with red-banded and green-banded job jackets, one unbanded jacket, and brass van-key hooks with one hook empty, for ServiceTitan jobs tomorrow from ChatGPT.

ServiceTitan already has tomorrow on the Daily Dispatch Board. You click the date. Unassigned appointments sit in the Job Tray, and a technician has to be assigned before anyone can dispatch the job. The question is whether you still open that board, or ask it from ChatGPT.

Short answer: ServiceTitan jobs tomorrow from ChatGPT means you ask which appointments are on tomorrow’s board and who is assigned, and ServiceTitan stays the record. AI Front Door Look Up is $3,500 once. You own the connection. I do not add a subscription. The same setup works in Claude, Grok, and other AI apps that support MCP connectors. If you already open tomorrow’s board and you are the only person asking, do not buy.

MCP is the open standard those apps use to connect to a business’s tools. One connection to ServiceTitan. Not a second dispatch board, and not the phone.

What are ServiceTitan jobs tomorrow from ChatGPT?

ServiceTitan jobs tomorrow from ChatGPT are a read of appointments whose start falls on the shop’s next calendar day, with the technician name or an unassigned flag. ServiceTitan stays the record. The chat does not. Look Up is that question from the app you already have open.

ServiceTitan’s Job Tray help says a future date shows unassigned appointments for that date only. When today’s date is selected, the Unassigned tab also includes unassigned appointments from the past 30 days (ServiceTitan). I will not treat “tomorrow” as that 30-day pile.

A technician must be assigned before the appointment can be dispatched. If nobody is on it, the appointment stays in the Unassigned section (ServiceTitan). You also cannot book a new job from the Dispatch Board. Booking uses the Call Booking screen (ServiceTitan).

A chat bot that pastes yesterday’s export is a different product. The fork is MCP vs chat bots.

Questions this should answer once it is live:

  • “What jobs are open tomorrow and who is on them?”
  • “Which tomorrow appointments are still unassigned?”
  • “What is on Mike’s board tomorrow morning?”
  • “Is Mrs. Lopez still on for Thursday at 2, and who is assigned?”
  • “Which business unit has an open hole tomorrow?”

How much do ServiceTitan jobs tomorrow from ChatGPT cost?

Look Up is $3,500 once for one system, read-only. Desk is $7,500 once if a customer should book. Floor is $14,000 once when the office shares the doorway. Thirty-six months later my bill is still $3,500. Your ServiceTitan subscription stays yours.

36 months to me$0Still their time$3,500

I am not quoting ServiceTitan’s subscription. The $3,500 is my build, once. It does not replace the plan you already pay them.

Desk is the customer booking a job from the thread. That is a write into ServiceTitan, not this list. Floor is when CSRs and the on-call lead ask the same question and should not share your ServiceTitan login.

A text that goes out at 6 a.m. whether or not anyone asks is Workflow Automation. That is $3,500 once for one named job, live in 7 to 10 days. Look Up waits for the question. The phone is a different meter. I priced ServiceTitan AI Voice Agent cost separately. Missed calls are the receptionist at $8,000 once.

What does tomorrow’s board question look like?

The trigger is an owner or a CSR asking what is on tomorrow and who is on it. The action is a read of that calendar date in the shop’s timezone. ServiceTitan is the record. A reassign, a dispatch, or a new booking waits for a person.

  1. Trigger. “What jobs are open tomorrow and who is on them?” The same sentence works from Claude or Grok.
  2. Action. Read appointments whose start falls on the shop’s next calendar date. Return customer, arrival window, business unit, technician, and unassigned. Week one, I put the draft next to the Daily Board for that date.
  3. System of record. ServiceTitan. Not the chat, and not a photo of the board in a group text.
  4. Human escalation. Reassign, dispatch, confirm, reschedule, cancel, or book a new job on the Call Booking screen.

“Tomorrow” is the shop’s calendar date, written down before I wire it. A UTC cutoff will drop the last jobs of the evening or pull in the day after. If you run more than one business unit, each line names the unit, or the question is limited to the unit you wrote down.

What would I turn on first?

Start read-only, and only tomorrow’s appointments plus who is assigned. Do not turn on assign, dispatch, reschedule, or book. If you already click tomorrow on the Daily Board and the names match, stop there and do not pay for a second copy.

Checklist before I take the build:

  • An admin connects ServiceTitan. I do not want a password pasted into a chat.
  • “Tomorrow” is the shop’s calendar date, not a UTC midnight.
  • Business units that should be included are named. The rest stay out.
  • One evening, the list matches the Daily Board for that date, including the Unassigned tray.
  • People who may ask are named. Assign, dispatch, and new bookings stay off.

First lane: “What is on tomorrow, who is on each job, and which appointments have nobody?” After ten evenings where the list matches the board, I stop.

When this isn’t the right move yet

Skip it if you already open tomorrow’s board yourself, if “tomorrow” is still a feeling, or if the leak is the drag onto a technician, the 6 a.m. text, or the phone. A second login on a messy board copies the wrong day.

Wait if:

  • You are the only person asking, and the Daily Board takes a minute. Open it. $0.
  • Tonight’s unassigned pile and “tomorrow” are still the same sentence. The Job Tray mixes those on today’s date. Write the date rule first.
  • The miss is a technician who was never assigned. The list will not drag the bubble. That click stays yours.
  • You want the board texted at 6 a.m. with nobody asking. That is Workflow Automation, not this question.
  • A customer should book Thursday from the thread. That is Desk at $7,500.
  • After-hours rings are the leak. That is the receptionist, not a read of the board.
  • You need assign, dispatch, and cancel with no person in the loop. I will not turn those writes on for $3,500.

What is not included in the $3,500?

The $3,500 does not include a new booking, a technician reassignment, dispatch, the phone line, or a security review. Look Up is one system, read-only. ServiceTitan’s subscription stays on your bill.

Name who may ask, which business units count, and which writes stay off. Send the audit. It is a short form. I reply with the replacement map within 24 hours. Look Up is $3,500 once if tomorrow’s board is the whole job. If you would rather talk through the workflow and whether it fits, book a 20-minute call.

FAQ

How much are ServiceTitan jobs tomorrow from ChatGPT? +

Look Up is $3,500 once for a read-only list of tomorrow's appointments and who is assigned. You own it. I do not add a subscription. Desk is $7,500 once if a customer should book. Floor is $14,000 once when the office shares it. Reassigning a technician is not in the $3,500.

Does the Dispatch Board already show tomorrow? +

Yes. ServiceTitan's help says you click the date and pick the day. Unassigned appointments for a future date show in the Job Tray for that date only. If you already open that view and you are the only person asking, do not buy a second copy of the board.

Is this the ServiceTitan voice agent? +

No. The voice agent answers the phone and bills per connected call. This is a question against the board you already run. Missed calls are the receptionist at $8,000 once. Look Up does not pick up the phone or book from the Call Booking screen.

What is not included in the $3,500? +

Not a new booking, not a drag onto a technician, not dispatch, and not a morning text that sends itself. Those writes stay a person, or a separate quote. ServiceTitan's subscription stays yours. A web app security review is $2,400, and $1,200 starts it.
