Websites · the phone · book from ChatGPT

Customers already talk to ChatGPT. They still cannot book you.

I connect the business so people can book, pay, contact, and schedule from the AI apps they already use — ChatGPT, Claude, Grok. That connection is a Business MCP. Custom Telegram and Discord bots stay in the catalog only when the chat room itself is the product. No mystery packages.

I'll show you the first workflow to replace, what it costs you now, and what to deploy first.

Why owners buy this

A site that converts, a connection so customers can book from ChatGPT, and a quote that matches the job.

Open the short version

A leather brand book open on walnut under golden window light

A site that closes

The first thing a stranger sees should look like the business you actually run. I quote the pages, not a template they will outgrow in six months.

An open notebook with a fountain pen beside a calm empty chair

Customers talk to the shop from ChatGPT

People already ask ChatGPT who to hire. They still cannot book you, pay you, or hold Tuesday. A Business MCP is that connection — what a stranger can ask, what they can change, and what still needs your yes.

A quiet reception counter with an appointment book and orchids

The phone still needs a receptionist

ChatGPT does not pick up a missed call. The AI receptionist still does — one-time, on your number, in your calendar.

An open padlock with a soft violet-cyan glow inside

Custom quote, then you own it

Web work is quoted to the job. The MCP and the receptionist stay one-time on your accounts. No mystery retainer to keep the lights on.

Lead offer Custom quote

Web development that looks expensive and actually converts.

Grok Bot can draft. It still cannot open Jobber. What still wins clients is a site they trust in the first three seconds. I design and build that site — then quote the job, not a package they do not need.

  • Conversion-first pages: hero, proof, offer, and a real next step
  • Bilingual, fast, and built to rank — not a template with your logo swapped
  • Optional AI receptionist, booking, and Business MCP after the site ships

Every site is scoped to the business. Contact us for a custom quote — no checkout until the work is clear.

The offer, in order

The site wins the stranger. The phone still rings.
The MCP lets customers talk to the shop from ChatGPT.

People already ask ChatGPT who to hire. Another Telegram or Discord bot is a worse front door. What you actually buy is a converting site, a receptionist on the line, and a Business MCP — the connection so customers can book, pay, contact, and schedule from the AI they already use.

Look Up

Choose Look Up if customers only need hours, availability, and status.

$3,500
  • One system: CRM, Jobber, calendar, or a structured sheet

Best for shops
Desk

Choose Desk if a customer should book, pay, or leave a message from the AI they already use.

$7,500
  • Two systems that pass work (chat → CRM → calendar or checkout)
  • Customers can book, pay, and leave a message under your rules
  • Refunds and cancellations stay in an approval queue
  • First customer path + staff handoff in ChatGPT / Claude / Grok
Whole shop
Floor

Choose Floor if customers and staff will share the same doorway.

$14,000
  • Up to five systems and a written ops manual
  • Customer actions plus staff permissions: who can ask the AI to do what
  • Shared review queue + workspace install
  • Best when the shop and the public share the same doorway

Your monthly cost: The doorway runs on a small VPS in your account (~$15–40/mo). ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, and Cursor stay on whatever the customer or you already pay. No required retainer to me.

Secure Stripe checkout · Onboarding scheduled after purchase · You own the code + credentials · One-time payment · 45-day fix-it guarantee

What it does

  • Connects your systems — Jobber, Housecall Pro, HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, Google Calendar, or a structured sheet — so ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and Grok can talk to the business
  • Lets a customer ask the live question (“are you free Tuesday?”, “what do I owe?”) instead of waiting on a form or a callback
  • Writes only what you allow: bookings, notes, statuses, payments. Refunds and cancellations stay in an approval queue
  • Keeps a simple log you can read: who asked, what it touched, and whether a human signed off
  • Staff can use the same doorway from Grok Bot, Muse, Claude, or ChatGPT — one connection, two sides of the counter

Perfect for

  • Shops whose customers already live in ChatGPT or Grok and bounce when the next step is “call us”
  • Owners tired of the leak being a form, a DM, or a paste into Jobber
  • Teams that outgrew Zapier spaghetti and do not want a custom Discord or Telegram bot as the front door

AI models — pick one or all three

  • ChatGPT, Claude, Grok — the apps your customers already open
  • Grok Bot, Muse, Cursor — the desks your team already sits at, once the shop is connected
  • Your system of record stays the source of truth. The doorway does not become a second CRM

What's included

  • +You name the first customer action: book, pay, contact, or schedule. A paragraph is enough
  • +I build the doorway in your accounts, with your keys, and a written rule sheet
  • +We test look-up first. Writes and payments stay off until you watch it draft cleanly
  • +I walk you through the same ask a customer would make from ChatGPT
Why these prices?
vs. another Discord bot, a Zapier pile, or a “contact us” dead end after ChatGPT recommends you
  • Look Up is for answers
$3,500 once connects one system. A customer can ask if you are open, what you charge, or whether Tuesday is free. Nothing writes until you upgrade or approve. Right first spend if people already find you in ChatGPT and then bounce.
  • Desk is book, pay, and contact
$7,500 once is the usual shop build: a slot is held, a card is taken, a message lands in the CRM. That is the job a $2k Telegram bot used to fake from outside the tools.
  • Floor is for the whole shop
$14,000 once when customers and staff share the same doorway — permissions, a review queue, and up to five systems. Cheaper than a platform engineer and not a per-seat SaaS.
  • Grok without this can talk about you, not to you
The app can recommend the business. It still cannot book the job. Buy the connection, then let customers and staff use it from the AI they already open.

Start on Look Up if you only need answers. Desk is the default when customers should book or pay. Floor is for a team that will share the same doorway.

Solo · 1 model

Choose Solo if one phone-based workflow is the bottleneck.

$2,000
  • Pick one agent: Claude, Grok, or Codex
  • Full Telegram bot, deployment, onboarding
  • Voice + image + topic routing
  • Best for one-person operations
Best value
Trio · 3 models

Choose Trio if you switch between writing, research, images, and automation all day.

$4,000
  • All three agents, switch per message
  • Live web search via Grok
  • Image generation included
  • Best when you want the right tool for every job

Your monthly cost: Runs on a ~$10/mo VPS in your account (Hetzner / DigitalOcean — I help you set it up). That's the only required recurring cost. No required subscription to me.

Secure Stripe checkout · Onboarding scheduled after purchase · You own the code + credentials · One-time payment · 45-day fix-it guarantee

What it does

  • Reply to messages, draft content, run research, generate images, summarize documents — all in chat
  • Create a topic per client, project, or business and the bot keeps each context separate
  • Smart-routes prompts to the best agent for the job (creative → Claude, code → Codex, live web → Grok)
  • Splits long replies cleanly, attaches generated files, replies in markdown your phone actually renders
  • Voice messages transcribed via Whisper and processed automatically

Perfect for

  • Solo founders and operators who run their business from their phone
  • Real estate, sales, and consulting where everything happens in DMs
  • Anyone replacing a virtual assistant with a 24/7 bot they fully own

AI models — pick one or all three

  • Claude — long-form thinking, writing, planning
  • OpenAI Codex — code, automations, structured output
  • Grok — live web search, fast lookups, cultural pulse

What's included

  • +I create the Telegram bot, deploy it on your server, and wire your accounts
  • +30-minute onboarding call where I walk you through every command
  • +Project rules and routing configured to match your business
Why these prices?
vs. hiring a VA ($1.5–3k/mo) or stacking SaaS
  • Solo is for one workflow
$2,000 once gets you one agent — usually Claude — wired to Telegram with voice, image, and topic routing. Pick the model that fits your work; if you're not sure, Claude is the safe default.
  • Trio is for owners who switch contexts all day
$4,000 once unlocks Claude + Codex + Grok in the same bot. Brainstorm on Claude, look up live info on Grok, run automations on Codex — all from the same Telegram chat with a one-letter prefix. Worth it the moment you need the right tool for a different kind of task each hour.
  • One-time, not subscription
A VA runs ~$2k/mo and stops working when they sleep. Manychat + Zapier + ChatGPT can run $100–300/mo and never quite fit. This pays for itself in weeks against either.
  • You own the deployment
Bot runs on your server, in your Telegram account, with your API keys. If you walk away, you keep the code, the conversations, and the credentials. There is no SaaS to cancel.

Start on Solo if you're testing the workflow. Upgrade to Trio once you feel the limit of a single model.

Solo · 1 model

Choose Solo if one team or server needs one reliable agent.

$2,000
  • Pick one agent: Claude, Grok, or Codex
  • Full Discord bot, deployment, onboarding
  • Channel routing + project rules
  • Best for a focused, one-purpose server
Most flexible
Trio · 3 models

Choose Trio if several channels need different agents without leaving Discord.

$5,000
  • All three agents, mention any of them anywhere
  • Image gen + live web search
  • Sticky-agent per channel
  • Best for multi-project servers

Your monthly cost: Runs on a ~$10/mo VPS in your account (Hetzner / DigitalOcean — I help you set it up). That's the only required recurring cost. No required subscription to me.

Secure Stripe checkout · Onboarding scheduled after purchase · You own the code + credentials · One-time payment · 45-day fix-it guarantee

What it does

  • Type natural prompts in any wired channel — agents reply with full project context
  • Switch agents inline with shortcuts (k:, x:, g:) or @mentions
  • Long outputs split across messages or attached as files; images render inline
  • ❌ to cancel a long-running task, 🔁 to retry, comments via // are ignored
  • Honors your project rules (AGENTS.md / CLAUDE.md) so the agent stays in your voice

Perfect for

  • Founders running a community + a business in one Discord
  • Small studios that already live in Discord with their team
  • Replacing async coordination work — the bot does the digging while you sleep

AI models — pick one or all three

  • Claude — reasoning, writing, code review
  • OpenAI Codex — repos, scripts, builds
  • Grok — live search and fast reasoning

What's included

  • +I provision the Discord bot, deploy it on your machine, and lock it to your account
  • +Onboarding call to wire each channel to a project folder
  • +Image generation and search keys configured (or skip if you prefer)
Why these prices?
vs. paying a coordinator or stitching SaaS together
  • Solo is for a focused server
$2,000 once gets you one agent in your Discord, wired to channels you choose, with project rules loaded from each project's AGENTS.md / CLAUDE.md. Right call when one team uses one workflow.
  • Trio is for multi-project servers
$5,000 once is the right shape when your Discord houses several projects or workstreams. Tag @claude, @grok, or @codex anywhere; each channel sticks to whichever agent you used last. Stops one team's research from blocking another team's coding.
  • One-time, not per seat
Discord SaaS bots charge per server or per seat and lock you in. This is one payment for the whole server, with no required recurring fee to me — only the ~$10/mo VPS in your account.
  • You own the deployment
Bot runs on your server, in your Discord account, with your API keys. If you walk away, you keep the code, the channel history, and the credentials.

Start on Solo if you're one team. Upgrade to Trio the day a second project moves into the same Discord.

AI Receptionist

Choose this if missed calls or booking gaps cost real revenue.

$8,000
  • Full voice receptionist deployed on your number
  • Google Calendar + Gmail + Twilio integrated
  • Custom voice and personality
  • Multi-location capable
  • Optional HubSpot CRM sync

Your monthly cost: Required recurring costs you pay directly: a Twilio phone number, per-minute call usage, and xAI voice usage — all billed to your accounts at provider rates. No required SaaS subscription to me. Typical small-business volume runs well under what one missed booking is worth.

Secure Stripe checkout · Onboarding scheduled after purchase · You own the code + credentials · One-time payment · 45-day fix-it guarantee

What it does

  • Picks up incoming calls 24/7 and speaks naturally with the caller
  • Knows your hours, services, prices, address, and policies
  • Books, reschedules, and cancels appointments directly in Google Calendar
  • Sends SMS + email confirmations via Twilio + Gmail
  • Multi-location ready — one deployment can serve several businesses
  • Optional CRM sync to HubSpot

Perfect for

  • Salons, med-spas, dentists, clinics, contractors, law and accounting offices
  • Anyone losing booked revenue to missed calls
  • Owners paying $35k–$60k/yr for a front-desk role they could automate

AI models

  • xAI Grok Voice — real-time, low-latency phone agent
  • Pre-built voices (Ara, Eve, Leo, Rex, Sal) or custom voice ID

What's included

  • +I provision your Twilio number (or port yours in)
  • +I configure your business — hours, services, policies, scripts
  • +Calendar + Gmail authenticated to your Google account
  • +Test calls until it sounds exactly the way you want
  • +One-time fee — no per-call or per-booking charge
Why $8,000?
vs. typical AI receptionists ($99–$299/mo)
  • One-time, not forever
At $199/mo, you're at $11,940 after five years — and still paying. $8,000 once, and the meter stops.
  • Frontier AI, not a 2022 chatbot
Powered by xAI's Grok Voice — sub-second latency, real-time reasoning, handles accents and unscripted questions. Callers won't think it's a robot.
  • You own the whole stack
Runs on your server, your Twilio number, your Google account. Cancel a SaaS and you lose everything. Walk away from this, you keep all of it.
  • Custom voice and personality
Premium voices or your own cloned voice. Your scripts, your hours, your policies — not a stock template a thousand other businesses also use.
  • Hand-deployed, not self-serve
I configure your business on a call, run test calls until it sounds right, and stay reachable. Not a signup form and a help center.

If $99/mo set-and-forget is what you want, the budget services are fine. This is for owners who want frontier AI, full ownership, and no required recurring bill.

Multi-Agent · 3 models

Choose Multi-Agent when sales, ops, and engineering all need the right model in Slack.

$6,000
  • All three agents — mention any of them anywhere
  • Per-channel sticky agent + image generation + live web search
  • Audit-friendly logging
  • Best for cross-functional teams (eng + sales + ops)

Your monthly cost: Runs on a small VPS in your account (~$15–30/mo for team-sized usage). No required SaaS subscription to me. Slack's own per-seat fee continues to apply at your existing plan.

Secure Stripe checkout · Onboarding scheduled after purchase · You own the code + credentials · One-time payment · 45-day fix-it guarantee

What it does

  • Reply, draft, research, summarize, generate images — all from a normal Slack message
  • Each channel is wired to a project directory; agents auto-load AGENTS.md / CLAUDE.md from that repo
  • Cancel ❌ or retry 🔁 with a reaction, mention @claude / @grok / @codex to switch agents
  • DM-only mode for sensitive workflows; channel-scoped audit logs for the rest
  • Plays nicely with your existing Slack apps — installs via the standard OAuth flow

Perfect for

  • Companies of 10–250 people who already live in Slack
  • Founders moving past the solo-tools era and rolling out agents to a team
  • Teams that want frontier AI without giving SaaS vendors more data

AI models — pick one or all three

  • Claude — long-form thinking, writing, code review
  • OpenAI Codex — code, automations, structured output
  • Grok — live web + X search, fast reasoning

What's included

  • +I create the Slack app, get it installed in your workspace, and wire the channels you nominate
  • +Onboarding call with you (or a small admin group) to map channels to projects and agree on policies
  • +Logging, retention, and DM-vs-channel access configured to fit your existing Slack policy
  • +Optional SSO / SAML walk-through if your org runs Slack Enterprise Grid
Why enterprise pricing?
vs. a $99/seat/mo SaaS or hiring a dedicated platform engineer
  • Built for the workspace, not one user
Workspace-wide install, channel-to-project mapping, and per-channel sticky agents. One deployment serves every team that needs it.
  • Policy-aware, not policy-blind
Audit logging, DM vs. channel access controls, and retention behavior configured around your existing Slack policy — not bolted on after IT pushback.
  • Your data stays in your stack
Bot runs on your server, your Slack app, your API keys. No third-party SaaS gets access to your team's messages. Compliance-friendly out of the box.
  • One-time, not per seat per month
Per-seat AI tooling runs $30–100/seat/mo and never stops. A 50-person company on a $50/seat AI tool burns $30,000 the first year alone. This is one payment.

Start on Solo if you're piloting one workflow. Multi-Agent is the right shape the moment a second team wants to use the same bot.

Every deployment listed here is live, in production, and owned by the operator running it. The third card is mine — the same Discord agent runs the entire content engine for my Colombia-focused marketplace, drafting and shipping blog posts on a schedule.

Discord bot
Wow, I can now operate my whole business using the Discord bot, from my phone or laptop. I never knew this was possible. I am interested in AI receptionist, next. Looking forward to that.

Runs day-to-day operations of a lash studio entirely from Discord.

Telegram bot
Handles all my design and content creation — generates the images, organizes the files, optimizes my whole operation. Picking up the Discord bot with multiple agents next. Incredible work, extremely high ROI.

Operator's own deployment

Colombia Move — my Colombia-focused marketplace — runs its content engine on the same Discord agent. The bot drafts, illustrates, and ships native blog posts on a schedule with no human in the loop, all to drive traffic to the marketplace. Live and verifiable at colombiamove.com.

Who you're hiring

Hi — I'm Michael.

Who builds this?

Michael Heredia at a workspace at golden hour, monitors glowing in violet and cyan
Operator · not a sales team

I build and hand-deploy AI agents for owner-operators who'd rather run their business from a phone than manage another tool. Every product on this page is one I run in my own businesses first.

My marketplace — Colombia Move — has its entire blog and content engine driven by the same Discord agent, on a schedule, with no human in the loop. My Telegram is my daily ops surface. My AI receptionist takes calls while I sleep.

You're not buying SaaS. You're hiring me for the deployment, and keeping the result. Direct line for 45 days. After that, you own it.

Why now

ChatGPT already recommends you. It still cannot book the job.

How it works

From "this is overwhelming" to live in days.

Open the four-step path

  1. A hand selecting one of three glowing product cards
    Step 01

    Tell me the job

A website to quote, a phone line that leaks, or the first customer action ChatGPT cannot finish — book, pay, contact, schedule. A paragraph is enough.

  2. A credit card with a glowing secure-checkmark shield
    Step 02

    Quote or checkout

Web work is custom-quoted. The MCP and the receptionist check out once on Stripe. You see the path before money moves.

  3. An over-ear headset with a calendar slot floating beside it
    Step 03

    Build and launch

Site, receptionist, or doorway — configured on your accounts, reviewed with you, live in days not quarters.

  4. A glowing key with violet-cyan light trailing behind it
    Step 04

    Open it to customers

After the doorway is live, a customer can book or pay from ChatGPT. Staff can use the same connection from Grok, Muse, or Claude. Chat-room bots stay only when the room itself is the product.

FAQ

Questions everyone asks first.

What is a Business MCP, without the jargon?
It is how a customer talks to your business from ChatGPT, Claude, or Grok. Those apps can recommend you. An MCP is what lets someone actually book, pay, contact, or schedule — with rules for what a stranger may do. You do not launch a new app.
Do you still build Telegram and Discord agents now that Grok Bot exists?
They stay in the catalog. I do not lead with them. Customers already live in ChatGPT and Grok. Another bot is a worse front door. Buy a Business MCP so they can finish the job — book, pay, contact, schedule. Custom chat agents still make sense when the room itself is the product — a locked community or a team that will not move.
How do web development quotes work?
There is no fixed package price. You send what you sell, who it is for, and what the current site fails at. I reply with pages, timeline, and a custom quote. No checkout until the work is clear. Contact the form with “web development” in the message or use the quote button on the web page.
Do I need to be technical?
No. The whole point is that you don't. I do all the deployment, configuration, and account wiring on a 30-minute call. After that, you just send messages or take phone calls — no terminals, no code, no servers to manage.
Show more questions
What do I need to bring? +
For a Business MCP: login to the first system (Jobber, HubSpot, calendar, checkout, or a sheet). For the receptionist: a Google account and a Twilio number, or your existing line. I walk you through it on the call. You do not need to know what an API is.
What's the difference between 1 model and 3 models for the bots? +
On the leftover Telegram/Discord catalog, yes: Solo is one model, Trio is three. On a Business MCP the AI is whichever app the customer or your staff already open — ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or Grok. You are not buying a third chat window. You are buying the connection.
Why these specific models? +
Claude is the best in the world at long-form thinking, writing, and following nuanced instructions. Grok has live web search built in — it knows what happened five minutes ago. OpenAI's Codex is the gold standard for code, automations, and structured output. Together, they cover almost every kind of work.
How can AI help me and/or my business? +
Think of an AI agent as a tireless assistant who's read every book on every topic and is happy to do the parts of your job you hate. For most owners that means: answering routine emails and DMs, drafting proposals, follow-ups, and contracts, summarizing long PDFs into action items, generating images and social posts, researching prospects before a call, organizing receipts and invoices, and handling the 80% of customer questions that are the same five questions every day. The goal isn't to replace you — it's to take the busywork off your plate so you can spend time on the work that actually grows the business.
Do I own the deployment? +
Yes. The connection runs on your server, in your accounts, with your keys. There is no SaaS layer between us and no required subscription. If you walk away, you keep the doorway, the rule sheet, and the credentials.
What about ongoing support? +
The first 30 days include direct support — text me, I help. After launch, optional Operator Care plans are available if you want monthly monitoring, updates, minor fixes, cost review, and owner check-ins. There is no required subscription to keep the deployment running.
How long until I'm live? +
Business MCP: usually 10–21 days, because we connect a real system and watch drafts before a customer can book or pay. Receptionist: 5–10 business days. Leftover chat-room bots: 24–72 hours.
Can I see it in action first? +
Yes — book a free 20-minute call and I'll demo the live system from my own deployment, no commitment. Or call the AI Receptionist demo number on its product card and talk to it yourself.
