Questions people ask first
How do I request changes?
Email michael@michaelheredia.com with what you want changed. A link or a screenshot helps. We reply within your plan's response time, do the work, and tell you when it's live. If a request would go past your included time, we tell you first.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
Cancel any time from your billing page. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Before it ends, we send you a full copy of your site and help point your domain to your new host. Your domain and content stay yours. An annual plan is paid up front and runs through the year you've paid for.
Can you move my site from my current host?
Yes. Moving one standard site is included when you start. We copy it, test it, then switch your domain over at a quiet time so visitors don't notice. Large online stores or custom apps get a fixed quote first.
What about uptime?
We monitor your site around the clock and are alerted the moment it goes down. Priority includes 24/7 response when the site is down. On Essentials and Business, an outage goes to the front of the line during business hours.
How do backups work?
Your site is backed up every day, and the copies are stored separately from the site itself. If something goes wrong, we restore it for you at no extra cost.
Do I get hosting or server logins?
No, and you won't need them. We run everything behind the scenes. You keep full ownership of your domain and content, and you can ask for a complete copy of your site any time.
